Traditional Tai Chi

The Traditional Tai Chi series will allow you to start learning the traditional Yang style Tai Chi. This is the slow-movement Tai Chi that is practiced worldwide. This series will help students get familiar with the foundations of Tai Chi. We will cover the first section of "Slow Set".

Chinese Broadsword Tai Chi

This is a fun form of Tai Chi that uses a wooden Chinese broadsword. It's fun to hear the broadsword "whoosh" as it slices through the air. Like all forms of Tai Chi, it also supports good health and encourages good balance by learning how to stay rooted. We should complete the whole sequence of moves in this series.

Sword Tai Chi - Part I of II

The Sword Tai Chi form is very elegant and stately and uses a wooden "double-edged" (our practice tools are not sharp) straight sword. It promotes relaxation and good health. We will also learn concepts that will help in staying rooted - both physically and emotionally. We will cover about half of the movements in this form sequence.
